NEW YEAR 2014 AND THE HIGHLIGHTS

Well everyone, the year of 2013 will be end soon and we are now welcoming 2014. There are few ups and downs that I've encountered which really turned me into who I am today. Whatever the memories were, I will bring them together as I move on to the new chapter of 2014 so that I can learned from those experiences and try not to do the same mistake/ wrongdoing that I ever done in 2013. Spirit to become even better person will keeps continue as I grow up, hopefully. A little highlights (as far as I remember.. LOLs) through out this entire year of 2013 are:

1. Becoming a full time PhD student

I am now in a journey to get a degree of doctorate in Civil Engineering. It is almost a year since I started my study. I still have a longgg way to go and hopefully God ease the whole process. I will try harder to throw away the laziness in me so that the process may grow faster and show much progress.

2. I passed my PTD exam

Well, PTD exam is one of the hardest exams on earth as a Malaysian. At least for me who doesn't learn anything SPECIFIC about administrations, diplomatic/ public affairs, and history of Malaysia. I am a science student and will always be one. Hahaha. But still, I listed it as one of my achievements in this year. Why not?? It gave big impact to my dad as he really hope I pass the exam. I can see the joyfulness on his face when he heard I passed it. But, please don't ask about the interview. I really ruined it on that day. Still remember and will always remember.. huhhhh~

3. New friends and new fav trilogy books.

As I become a PhD student, I met lots of wonderful, intelligent, and adorable people who I acknowledge them as my friends. You know who you are. Thanks for sharing not just good but also the bad memories as we need each others backs. And apart from Harry Potter, I now have interest in The Hunger Games trilogy's books. Ahakzz.. Yes, I know the books already published for so long.. or if I'm not mistaken, it has been published in 2008. But I just started to like it after watching their first movie that was recommended by a friend. A couples days ago, I've got a birthday present from my sister. And guess what?? It is The Hunger Games trilogy's books. Yeayy..

4. Birthday celebration

Oh, another highlight. As usual every year on 28 December, I will celebrate my birthday. I have a very clear memory of this apart from the rest because it just happened 3 days ago. This year, all my family members was here to celebrate my birthday. There was a cake as always. And I just don't know why I can't get away from cheesecake! Duh!!

Birthday Cake... Creme Brulee Cheesecake.. Yummy!
Me and kiddos =D

So, that was it. Oh, I just realized I don't really have many highlights this year or maybe I just remember that only? Nevertheless, I still enjoying my 2013's life and I feel thankful to God through it all. Hope we will get His blessings through out the entire year of 2014 with lots and lots of happiness and prosperity and may our dreams blossom.

Have a Wonderful New Year!!!

I-CITY THE CITY OF LIGHTS

Hello everyone!!

A couples weeks ago, I went to Kuala Lumpur due to some stuff. Well, actually I need to babysit the power puff girls (lovely nieces of mine) while their parents are away together with my sister. After doing the job by giving all of my commitments (ngehehe), we went to I-CITY. I-CITY is one of the major theme park in Malaysia. Located in Shah Alam, Selangor, they have a lot of attractions to offer. But the biggest attraction when you came here is not other than LIGHTS. Yes, this place is full of lights. They love to create things using LED lights such as trees and animals.

Other attractions that they have are Red Carpet, Trick Art Museum, Snowalk and Waterworld. However, due to the limited time that we have to spent in here, we decided to just browsing and playing around at the outside area.

Of course they also have marry-go-round
Up Up in the sky... Athirah keeps silent as we ridding marry-go-round... she was scared, perhaps.
The most happy person on that day
I forgot the name of this thing... but it some sort of small train
Uda ridding it with Athirah
And me with Insyirah
How excited Insyirah feels shows clearly in this picture
You will feel the awesomeness of this place when you sit above them all
2-floors carousels can be seen from here
Little Leecya with her shining mickey mouse's headband
Last but not least... pic of Me =D

It was short but still I had so much fun when I was here. I hope I can come to I-City again and try everything that I missed before. It is worth it and a must place to go when you come to KL. Oh, one more thing, if you want to enjoy the excitement of I-CITY, please come at night. This place follows the theory of  'if you want to see the beautiful light of stars, you need to stay in the dark'. LOL... If you need more information about this place, please feel free to visit this website I-CITY MALAYSIA

Til then... adios.

Sm!Le

Hola and assalamualaikum everyone~

Long time not write anything on my blog... I'm being busy with my research chores and so on..

My life nowadays is great as before with nothing much different.. but there's an activity that has been added in my schedule since 2 weeks ago which is JOGGING... yup.. activity that I hate so far.. I don't like long distance running remember?? huhu~

Well, I'm currently jogging everyday not because I want to but because I have to.. Because of what?? Let it be a secret for now.. heee.. Ok.. for this entry, actually I want to talk about other thing instead of jogging. But, this story started because of it. So, let it be as an appetizer ye kawan2... hehe..

So now, let's talk about the main course. =D On my first day jogging with my friend, there is one girl which I don't even know before, smiling at me. I'm smiling back at her with the thought of "oh, she is so polite" because she smiling at us. The next day, I met her again. Now, she smile and even says hi. And again, I replied. But, this time I'm a bit confused. Does she smile and says hi to us or just me? Because it seems weird when she just looks at me. After running past her, I asked my friend about the incident before. Am I just dreaming or what? Then, my friend said that she thought that girl is someone I used to know because she always smile at me every time we crossed into each other. And I said "What?, no la.. I thought she smile at us. Doesn't she?" After that, my friend keep laughing all the way along the road because of the misunderstanding. The following days when we met that girl, same thing repeatedly happened and because I already used to it, I keep replied her with a good smile.. It is not wrong afterall, right? hehe~ Sometimes, we even waiting for her to cross into each other.. tak de keje sangat kan.. haha~
