Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

Hi everyone!!

In this entry, I'm gonna share with y'all a most easy recipe that I ever try so far. It is Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies. Well, this recipe is not just easy to make but also using simple ingredients inside. For this cookies, I have two different recipes to share. But no worries, I guarantee both aren't difficult to make.

First Recipe

Ingredients

125 grams @ ½ cup of unsalted butter
150 grams @ cup of plain flour
40 grams @ ¼ cup of caster sugar
30 grams @ 1 tbs of corn flour
chocolate chips

Steps

1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
2. Stir in plain flour and corn flour that already been sieved before added, little by little.
3. Mix in chocolate chip and stir by hand or you can also put the chocolate chip later on top of the cookies
4. Take one large spoonful onto ungreased pan and press lightly on it before put in the oven.
5. Bake for about 180°C for about 20-25 minutes (depends on your oven) or until the edges are fully brown.

Second Recipe

Ingredients

250 grams @ 1 cup of unsalted butter
80 grams @ ½ cup of caster sugar
 1 egg yolk
½ tsp vanilla essence
200 grams or 3 cups of plain flour
20 grams @ 1 tbs of corn flour
chocolate chips

Steps

1. Beat butter, sugar, egg york and vanilla essence until smooth, fluffy and creamy.

So, how? It's so easy, right? Hehe.. I often bake this cookies almost every week since it's my family's fav. Sometimes when my sisters and brother come back home, they usually ask me to bake this cookies and pack for them so that they will bring back to their house later.

What is the difference between these two recipes? Which want do you want to try? Ok, let me guide you and give some explanations. If you want to eat cookies that are more crunchy, then you can try the first recipe. However, cookies from first recipe is easy to break or a bit brittle than the second one because as you can see, the first recipe didn't use egg yolk as ingredient. Egg yolk is acting as a sticky element which help to grasp all particles together. So, if you want to bring your cookies to someplace, I suggest you to try the second one.

Alright, 'til here my entry. See you later and have fun trying this recipe. Adios~

***************************************************************************

Synopsis and My Point Of View

At first, I don't planning to watch this drama, because I heard Song Joong Ki is acting as a playboy. What?? After being convinced by my friend that the playboy part is only on the beginning of this drama, then I started to watch it. Hehe. Oh, for those who doesn't know, Song Joong Ki is one of my fav actors. Aside from his acting skills, I'm also envy with his flawless skin. Daebak!! How does this man has that great kind of skin? Hmm... Orait, back to the topic.

This drama tells us about this one brainiac man named Kang Ma Roo who was a medical student and has a girlfriend named Han Jae Hee who was an intern reporter. One night, Jae Hee accidently killed a man in a motel. However, she doesn't want to give herself up to the police because this might bring her career to an end. But because of Ma Roo's faithfulness and loves towards Jae Hee, Ma Roo took the blame for what Jae Hee has done. And because of that incident, Ma Roo's future has turned upside down.

A few years later, he was released from the prison and found out that Jae Hee already married to the Chairman of Tae San Group. He continues his life being a playboy and using several woman in order to gain money to treat his sister, Choco's sickness. Then, he sets off to take revenge on Jae Hee with the help of his best friend, Park Jae Gil. He approaches Seo Eun Gi, daughter of the chaebol group executive which is also Jae Hee's stepdaughter in order to execute his revenge. Who is going to take control of Tae San Group after the Chairman died? What happened next? You need to watch it yourself. It's no fun if you know everything without watching it, right? What I can say from this drama is that the main characters have a smart brain and good strategies to attack their opponent. However, as we all known, of course the good side will win the battle. Hahaha. Moral from this story, don't ever take the blame of other people mistakes even though you really love him/her. Or else you might turn him/her into a 'monster'. Whatever it is, that's not a correct way to protect your loved one.

Rating for this drama: 8 out of 10

Enjoy watching!! Adios~

AES: Is it good or bad for drivers?

What is the objective of implementation of Automated Enforcement System (AES) in Malaysia? Is it important? Why I frequently heard about people who felt unsatisfied with this system? Ok, let me share some information about this AES thingy with you guys.

Firstly, what is AES? AES is a system that recently implemented in Malaysia to catch vehicles/ motorists who speed more than the speed limit and run the red light. The AES will captures pictures and video images of vehicles speeding or jumping a red light in targeted areas and issues summonses accordingly to offenders. Why did the government introduced and installed this system? Did you know, in Malaysia, the average of 18-19 deaths were recorded daily due to road accidents. The most road accidents normally happened during the festive season. So, to tackle this issue, government and other agencies implemented this system to reduce the rate of road accidents and fatalities.

The implementation of AES does not mean that there are no longer accidents and deaths occur on road, but it can help to reduce the number. AES has been proven effective in several countries around the world. For example, in France, it helped reduce road fatalities by 27% within 3 years of implementation and in Kuwait, AES also helped reduce the road accidents by 48%.

Speeding has been proven to be one of the most common causes of fatal accidents in Malaysia. This deadly habit should be changed to ensure the safety of all road users.

So, do you still feel unsatisfied and bothered by this system? There is an easy way to beat it.

SIMPLY OBEY THE TRAFFIC RULES AND MAKE SAFETY A PRIORITY!

Rambutans

A few days ago, me and my family went back to our 'kampung'. Well, since the fruit season has started, the haunting process for local fruits has also begun.

Firstly, sampai ja di pintu gate rumah, we already 'usha-usha' this one rambutan tree. Wahh, banyaknya buah rambutan. But, since it's not ours, so just boleh usha-usha sajalah. Hahaha.

Disebabkan dah usha pokok orang, jadi kami rasa lebih tak sabar nak usha pokok sendiri. And walah, here is our rambutan tree.

That was how I felt at first too.

Kami berganding bahu memungut semua rambutan yang ada itu (chewahh) and as usual man of the day adalah my dad. Mama also helping us out while eating the rambutans. Eh, macam banyak makan dari kutip ja?? Hahaha. Just kidding.

After giving full of our efforts and cooperations, this is what we've got. Tadaaaa~

Yes, 3 boxes of rambutans. Hambik ekao. Makanlah puas-puas. Hahaha.

After attacked that pokok rambutan, kami teruskan pula dengan pokok manggis which is one of my fav local fruits. Tapi, buah-buah manggis itu masih belum masak sepenuhnya. Meaning, I need to wait for another 2-3 weeks. ='(

However, I managed to find these 4 ketul manggis. Hehehe.

Next, kami pergi usha pokok langsat pulak. Aish, tinggi bebenor pokoknya yop. Galah pon tak ada. So, terpaksa post pone untuk kutip buah langsat jugak. Huhu. So, what exactly did we brought home at last??

RAMBUTANS AND RAMBUTANS AND RAMBUTANS

This is how I eat my rambutans. Rajin sangat pergi hiris rambutan tu kan. Hehehe~

ChaTime with The Gurlz

Hello everyone,

Last week, I went to USM to settled a lil stuff and met my friends yang almost a month tak jumpa. A month.. macam la lama sangat kan?? Hahaha. Well, when you stay at home, doing nothing and feel like your time just come and go toooo slowly, then 1 month boleh diibaratkan as 1 year ok.

At that time, first thing that came to my mind once I met my friends of course la nak ajak dorang pergi tengok wayang. Tapi, I don't blame them because I didn't decide earlier bile nak datang. So, its okay la. Small matter. So, nak tengok cerita lain macam tak best. Finally, we've decided untuk makan malam di McDonald dan berchitchat sambil makan Tutti Fruitti as a dessert. Yummy!!

Another picture of us

Supposedly gambar ni berempat.. ntah macam mana jadi bertiga.. haha

Actually, I ada kat sana cuma 1 hari ja. Even though, I've stayed there for only a day, but I did have a great time with them. Bila berjumpa macam-macam nak cerita. Sometimes, ktorang mengimbas semula memories masa belajar dolu-dolu. Even that memories dah lama berlalu, still we laughing like crazy.

Well, they're gonna finish their master soon. Dah sampai writing stage pun and I... InsyaAllah gonna continue my PhD tak lama lagi. They said later, they're going to further their studies jugak but they want to gain working experinces first before doing so. Huuu.. meaning I'm gonna be alone.. Oh noo.. But, its okay. Whatever it is, they are doing what's good for them.. So, I'm gonna pray and wish them all the best in their future undertakings and hopefully they're going to success in life. Amin.

Thanks for spending your time reading this. Hehe. Adios~

Foooootsal

Assalamualaikum and hi to all bloggers,

Just now, I godek-godek my picture folders masa study di USM engineering campus. Bila tengok semula all of that pictures, mula la tergelak sorang-sorang. Teringat semula gelagat-gelagat setiap orang. One of the unforgettable memories itu adalah futsal.

Sepanjang ada di sana, I did involved in sooo many activities. Hehe.

For your info, I don't have an athletic figure pon. I'm a bit chubby. So, orang cakap macam tak sinonim ja this figure with sport. But, who cares? As long as I'm enjoy with it, then why not kan? Masa dekat Universiti, sukan yang aku masuk bukanlah futsal semata-mata. I've also participated in netball, volleyball, handball, tennis dan apa saja sukan yang boleh hilangkan stress and menyeronokan. Tapi satu perkara yang I don't really like to do is long-distance activities macam jogging, lumba lari dan seangkatan dengannya. Hahaha.

Well, back to futsal thingy, at first, main futsal hanyalah untuk main-main ja.

Our team.

Agak-agak, uols bole teka my position dalam futsal tak?? Hah? Tak boleh teka jugak? Okaylah, jawapannya tertera di bawah ini.

Yes, I am a GOALKEEPER aka GOALIE. Adik-beradik macam Apek and Manuel Neuer (GK Germany). Muahaha~ *perasan*

Menjaga gawang dengan sebaik yang boleh. Ekeke~
Hanna and zacky2.. another Goalie in our team and defender yang selalu ada dengan aku dalam misi menyelamatkan gawang gol. Mereka antara my best buddies. Huru-hara satu kampung kalau dorang ada. Haha~

Perlawanan terakhir sebelum grad. Semua dah final year.

Thanks alot kerana sudi membaca. Hehe.. Adios~
